Spin/SecondSole newcomer Mike Schaefer posted the first results of the 2008 season by taking home a win! Mike crossed the line first at the Nordic Flurry Ohio Championship 10k race, finishing with a time of 31:25. His victory in the 10k skate race came minutes after his second place finish in the 5k classic race. Congratulations to Mike, and thanks for getting the season started right. Special props have to go to his daughter, Julia, for a great effort in the 1k kids race, too.
