Where do you train? West side. Swim at work (Cleveland Clinic) or in the Lake
Goal races for 2011: Vermillion, maybe Rev3 Half!
Favorite racing distance: Sprint races- they’re fast and fun. I can hammer on the bike without worrying about burning out, get home by noon, and can race lots of them without getting run-down.
After a really long, hard workout, what’s the first thing you reach for once you finish? Dry clothes, especially after XC skiing – brrrrr!
What is it about multisport that keeps you coming back year after year? It’s fun to work on improving something (even if it’s just technique, transition times, etc)
Favorite race: Findley Lake Tri – it’s small, nearby, has a challenging trail run, and friendly atmosphere.
