Tell a little about yourself: My progression into triathlons was a gradual one: growing up I always ran the 5 and 10k’s but when my back started aching I bought a bike, that started my Wednesday night rides with Spin, then my legs started fatiguing from all the running and biking so I took to swimming, it turns out those 3 activities make up a triathlon, the rest is history.
