“Swim Jim” Lamastra showed his strength in the water to win the “Tri in the Buff” in Buffalo, New York. On a windy day that provided a lot of steep chop, Jim led out of the water and held on to win the race. He has been nursing a stress fracture, and said he felt back to 100% on the run. Congrats, Jim!
