five seasons triathlon training, april 8

Tonight’s class will be taught by Andy and Tim. It’s a “brick” workout, which means we’ll start on the spinning bikes and then finish the workout on the treadmills. Make sure you have shoes that will work on both equipment, and feel free to change if you want. See you at 6:30!
