Five Seasons Workout, 5/20

Tonight’s workout is another ride/run brick. Meet in the spinning room at 6:30 for an intense class on the bikes, then be prepared to run outside if the weather is looking good!

Edit, 5/21: Last night’s class was a great success, with some new blood, a good workout, and a nice run outside in good weather! I mentioned some good websites for more information on training, including Slowtwitch and BeginnerTriathlete. Slowtwitch has very active forums where you can get any question answered, and BT has training plans and some great articles for all levels of athlete. Our calendar has a schedule of the Five Seasons workouts, and check here on Tuesdays for the latest updates on that night’s class.
