Brandy Smith will lead us through some transitions exercises tonight. She’ll start with an overview of the transition area, and then we’ll all have a chance to practice getting in and out of both T1 and T2. Bring everything you’ll need to practice your transition at full speed– bike, wetsuit, shoes, helmet… whatever you need. If you’re worried about having your wetsuit in chlorine, there’s a nice freshwater shower right by the pool for rinsing! The plan is to finish with a quick transition race… fastest through both transisions wins!
