If you’re willing to head down to Deer Creek, not a bad drive, you’ll find this region’s first triathlon of the season! Spin-Second Sole favorite HFP Racing is hosting the Deer Creek Tri and Du this Sunday– always a good event and a fun course (if you don’t get lost in a foggy lake).
If you’re riding bikes, the Ohio State Road Race champs is Saturday and the Time Trial is Sunday.
For those closer to home, there is a special event in Rocky River. The Girls with Sole Lula 5k is on Sunday, an event to help Girls with Sole with their mission: “Use fitness and wellness to empower the minds, bodies and souls of girls who have experienced abuse of any kind.”
If that’s not a mission you can get behind, I don’t know what is. A huge number of our team will be there on Sunday; come say hi.
