The Twin Sizzler is your one stop shop for 4th of July racing. You can choose to run a 5k, a 10k or compete in a 27 mile road race. Better yet…..you can do two events! (The cost is only $5 more than registering for one event. Can’t beat that!) The festivities take place in downtown Medina where one can find food, music and other festvities.
You can also participate in the 36th running of the Bay Days 5 Miler. Run in conjunction with the Bay Days Carnival there are rides, food stands, games and fireworks (at night). Although there is no purse, this race is one of the largest and fastest in the area. So slip your shoes on, run 5 miles and eat an elephant ear.
