This weekend, a few of our SSSMSTers will travel to Muncie, Indiana to compete in the Muncie Half. The athletes will begin the race with a swim in the calm waters of the reservoir. From there, they will bike on flat, state highways and end up running on rolling country roads. Good luck to everyone making the journey!
If an Ironman is not what you had in mind, then head out to Lorain for the annual Summer Sprint Tri/Du hosted by NCN racing. If you would rather stay on two feet, then look at the road races below. There is even a 10k training trail race. This should be nice and muddy! Enjoy……..
