What is your favorite triathlon distance?   Half Iron 70.3. I find this distance just long enough to test your limits.

What is your favorite thing about living in NE Ohio?  The huge group of competitive Triathletes. You can always find a good group to race and train with on any given weekend.

What is the best advice you could give to a new triathlete?  Train consistently and listen to your body. Race and believe in the work that you have done.
