Lauren Trocchio took 2nd place overall in the inaugural Milton Triathlon. She complains a lot about how training for Ironman Louisville has hurt her short-course racing, but the results sure don’t reflect it. Nice work, Lieutenant.
At the Musselman Half Ironman this weekend, Paul Lentini raced his first Half-distance race! It was really windy, but the Zipp 303 wheels he borrowed from Spin let him slice through it on the bike. He came in six minutes under his six hour goal time. Congratulations on finishing your first Half, Paul!
