five seasons triathlon training: april 22nd

Running intervals are the way to build speed— and, even better– endurance at speed. It’s also a nice workout to do as a group, because you can run your own pace and still be motivated by others nearby. Two of our most experienced runners, Aaron Rood and Brian Stearn, will be leading the workout this week.

If the weather is decent, the run this will be an intervals workout outdoors. Meet in the Small Workout Room at Five Seasons, and we’ll head outside for some laps around the grounds. As always, workouts start at 6:30 on Tuesday.
