Not only are the ladies of the team getting the girl power playlist together, they’ll be leading the class!

Don’t miss (at least two of) Spin-Second Sole’s more feminine side at Thursday’s class.

ALSO, by popular demand, we’ve arranged to extend the trainer series through the end of March! Each class will be $10 (or $7 for CTC members, or FREE for Five Seasons members).
