Aaron Rood represented the Spin/Second Sole Multisport Team at the Millcreek Park Half Marathon on Sunday. Rood was first in his age group, and seventh overall. After winning his age group, his only comment was “I had to work really hard as I am apparently in terrible shape.” How nice for Aaron that he can win the state championships while in terrible shape!
Tim Walsh drove up to snowy Buffalo this weekend for the annual Shamrock Run 8k. Tim won his division handily! Unfortunately, Tim had signed up for the 8k walk accidentally– befuddled by the cold, no doubt. Still, he had a great pace for a race in early March, and his time would have landed him in the top 10 of his 190-man age group.
