Our east coast emissary, Lauren Trocchio, knocked out a 2nd place out of 117 in her age group at the Irish Road Rover 5k in Portland, Maine this weekend. She said she hasn’t been running too much, so was pleasantly surprised at her time and her placing– She commented, “I should run less more often!” I guess so! Nice job, Lieutenant.
