Ladies night!
Leah Halloran will be leading tonight’s class, and she’s kicking off our push in to anaerobic endurance with a doozy of a workout. From here on out, we’ll spend less and less time on power, and more on intervals around threshold.
So, you can expect slightly longer intervals with slightly less recovery, working on developing our ability to clear toxins from muscle, and also training our legs to use as much oxygen as possible– to use the aerobic system instead of anaerobic.
Of course, ladies night also means free beer for all the ladies! And, you know, all the guys too. See you there!
